Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects
- Conduct requirements gathering and discovery sessions
- Analyze manufacturing operations and business processes
- Configure ERP systems to support operational objectives
- Facilitate testing, training, and user adoption activities
- Support go-live planning and execution
- Partner directly with manufacturing clients and stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Deliver measurable operational and business outcomes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across client organizations

Professional Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Infor CSI / SyteLine consulting experience
- Multiple full-cycle ERP implementation projects
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong process improvement background
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working directly with manufacturing operations
- Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
- Six Sigma training or certification preferred
- Experience with multiple SyteLine versions preferred
