Opportunity for Impact
We are seeking a Client Accounting Lead to serve as the accounting lead across multiple client engagements. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders while helping ensure accurate financial reporting, strong accounting operations, and high-quality client service.

Role & Responsibilities
– Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end close processes
– Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
– Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
– Produce financial reports for internal and client review
– Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
– Evaluate, enhance, and streamline financial systems and processes
– Lead, mentor, and support team members
– Partner closely with clients to provide financial insights and guidance

Professional Qualifications
– Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
– CPA credential required
– 8+ years of accounting experience
– At least 3 years of US accounting experience
– At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
– Experience with tangible goods and inventory management
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– US accounting firm experience strongly preferred
– MBA preferred
– E-commerce accounting experience preferred
– Familiarity with NetSuite and Xero preferred
– Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills preferred
