Opportunity for Impact
We're seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build, enhance, and maintain a proprietary software platform used to support internal operations, workflow management, and business processes.

This role focuses on application development, platform enhancement, workflow optimization, and the implementation of new technical capabilities that support ongoing business needs.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, working closely with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of a modern software platform.

Role & Responsibilities
– Build and maintain full-stack web applications and platform features
– Develop new functionality that improves operational efficiency and user experience
– Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
– Support system integrations, automation initiatives, and process improvements
– Improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, and security
– Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and solution design
– Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing platform maintenance
– Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across systems, tools, and processes

Professional Qualifications
– Experience building and supporting production web applications
– Strong experience with TypeScript and React
– Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies
– Experience working with relational databases and APIs
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
– Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with Python
– Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Supabase
– Experience with workflow automation or business process improvement initiatives
– Experience supporting internal software platforms or operational systems
– Experience working in startup, growth-stage, or entrepreneurial environments
– Experience with modern software development and deployment practices
