We are seeking experienced CDL-A Drivers to transport freight safely and efficiently across routes extending from Colorado through the Midwest and East Coast. Role & Responsibilities
– Safely operate commercial tractor-trailer equipment across regional, dedicated, or long-haul routes
– Transport freight using dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, step deck, crane, or other specialized equipment as qualified
– Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
– Maintain accurate driving logs and supporting transportation documentation
– Follow all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
– Communicate regarding pickups, deliveries, scheduling changes, delays, and route conditions
– Properly load, secure, monitor, and protect freight when required
– Maintain professional working relationships with customers, dispatchers, and transportation partners
– Adhere to company safety standards and established operating procedures
Professional Qualifications
– Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License appropriate for tractor-trailer operation
– Acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements
– Professional tractor-trailer driving experience
– Ability to satisfy applicable DOT requirements
– Experience with dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, step deck, crane, or specialized freight equipment preferred
– Willingness to operate regional, dedicated, or long-haul routes based on the selected schedule
– Ability to complete required inspections, driving logs, and transportation documentation
– Strong understanding of safe driving and freight-handling practice
– Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Benefits & Compensation
– Full-time driving position with routes throughout the Central and Eastern United States
– Estimated annual compensation of $90,000–$115,000 based on equipment, mileage, routes, and schedule
– Mileage rates generally ranging from $0.52–$0.70 per mile, depending on equipment and home-time plan
– Additional $1.00 per mile beginning with the 2,000th weekly mile
– Weekly home-time, midweek restart, 13–15 days out with three days off, and 23 days out with five days off options may be available
