Opportunity for Impact
We're seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a collaborative outpatient clinical team.

This role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care while helping improve health outcomes through preventive care, wellness initiatives, and evidence-based treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

Providers in this role work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and patients to deliver high-quality care in a supportive outpatient environment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct wellness exams and health assessments
- Evaluate and treat illness and injury
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide preventive health screenings and wellness services
- Educate patients on health management and lifestyle improvements
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing
- Monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Support clinic operations and patient care initiatives

Professional Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active state license in good standing or ability to obtain licensure
- Minimum one year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Preferred Qualifications
- DEA license
- Occupational Health experience

Benefits & Compensation
