Role & Responsibilities
- Lead creative and product development teams
- Establish annual design direction and collection strategy
- Manage the creative process from concept through launch
- Develop trend-forward product collections
- Mentor and develop creative staff
- Conduct brainstorming, innovation, and design sessions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams
- Support customer presentations and product introductions
- Improve creative processes and organizational effectiveness
- Manage product introduction timelines and execution

Professional Qualifications
- 15+ years of design experience
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience
- Experience within textiles, fabrics, upholstery, bedding products, home furnishings, or related industries
- Experience leading creative and/or product development teams
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Product development experience from concept through launch
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience mentoring and developing creative talent

Benefits & Compensation

- Full-time onsite in the Greensboro, NC area with approximately 20% travel

- Approximately $130k-$145k annually
