We're seeking a Technical Platform Strategy Manager to help guide the strategy, prioritization, and execution of critical internal technology initiatives for a growing organization.

This role focuses on platform strategy, technical product ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the continuous improvement of internal systems and technical capabilities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for internal technical products and platforms
- Drive improvements to internal systems, tools, services, and platform capabilities
- Partner with engineering and technical stakeholders to define requirements and priorities
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product plans
- Balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of internal technology solutions
- Support data quality, governance, operational excellence, and platform health initiatives
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and execution across multiple teams

Professional Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent cross-functional ownership
- Experience owning technical, platform, infrastructure, or data-focused products
- Experience working directly with engineering and technical teams
- Strong understanding of technical systems, platforms, and architecture concepts
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platform products or internal tools
- Experience supporting data infrastructure or analytics environments
- Experience working with machine learning, data science, or technical platform teams
- Experience within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology organizations
- Experience supporting technical modernization or scalability initiatives
