- Manage funding and proposal projects from initiation through submission
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal contributors and external stakeholders
- Track progress, deadlines, and submission requirements
- Ensure quality, compliance, and consistency across project deliverables
- Support proposal strategy and planning activities
- Facilitate communication among project participants and leadership

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Significant project management, proposal management, grant management, or related experience
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
